Why Participate?
- Engage with new university students
- Promote your organisation and services
- Offer support to students during their academic journey

Key Information:
- Each stall will be allocated a 2m x 2m space
- Participants are encouraged to offer a freebie to attract students
- Consider providing a 5-minute talk or workshop on how you can assist students
- Please note: There will be no music at the event
Marketing Collaboration: We’re excited to offer a collaborative marketing opportunity to increase the event’s reach and showcase your organisation:
- We encourage you to share the Freshers Fair poster on your social media platforms
- We’ll be promoting the event daily starting this Sunday
- Send us your organisation’s logo, and we’ll create a special collaborators’ poster featuring all participating organisations
- This collaborative approach will help us reach more students and provide additional exposure for your organisation
